President Kagame says
It is increasing clearly to us that entrepreneurship is the surest way for a nation to develop prosperity for the greatest number of people. In fact government activities should focus on supporting entrepreneurship not just to meet measurable targets, but to unlock people's minds, to allow innovation to take place, and to enable people exercise their talents.

THREE ENEMIES OF SUCCESS

Thursday, August 18, 2011

When you want to succeed you need to know the enemies that you must defeat in order to succeed
The following are the enemies of success that you need to deteat
Number one is excuses, excuses normally come as a result of laziness it is much easier to make excuses than to make a way, the more we make excuses the lazier we become
The second one is Habits, We, human beings, are all creatures of habit. Habits will make you or destroy you. Physical habits like smoking, and drinking are easy to recognize and criticize, but what about the habits that are a little more hidden? I heard a saying in one seminar that is very powerful. It says "How you do anything is how you do everything." This is so true. Habits that are hidden have great impacts in our lives.
Procrastination is another enemy, by procrastination I mean the fear of failure or success. If you have excuses and habits working against you, then it is only a matter of time before procrastination puts you out of your misery. Nothing can be accomplished without taking action. Procrastination is easily defeated by taking consistent action towards your goals.

Stop making excuses, develop the right habits, take consistent action towards your goals, and defeat the three major enemies of your success!

IS THE WORLD Fair.....?

People say the world is not fair, is this statement true?

Look at these children, I guess these will say the world is not fair because they find nothing good in it, all they see and face is trouble, hardships of life,no time to rest no time to relax, no time for leisure!
On the other hand look these children, what will they say about the world? I guess they will say it is fair, they have got everything that they need, moreover they have extra time to play and dance!!

what do you think, is the world fair or not? when will all the people have same answer?

OOH! POOR AFRICA WHEN WILL YOU BE FREE FROM POVERTY?

Monday, August 15, 2011

Despite the fact that Africa is one of the biggest continents in the world, its people have been suffering badly from extreme poverty. There are a lot of natural resources that are found in Africa only and no any place else in the world, Africa is blessed to have minerals and other resources. But where do our resources take us? No where! yes no where, they only take us to civil wars. For how long should we wait for our true freedom? for how long my dear Africans? Its now about 50 years since most of African countries got their independence from the whites. Since that time, what stage have climbed?
when will Africans' needs be satisfied?" a Layman asks and he keeps on asking to himself when will i get rid of poverty?.
Look at these photos and Think what you can do for Africa to get rid of poverty

THE GREAT CROCODILE THAT HAS TURNED INTO A WECKED LIZARD

NDANDA HIGH SCHOOL used to be among the most outstanding secondary schools in Tanzania, it is the school where the third president of the United Republic of Tanzania Hon. BENJAMIN WILLIAM MKAPA attended his O'level studies. During those days Ndanda was called the University of Southern Hemisphere, this was due to its spectacular performance. Those where the days when Ndanda was standing in its glory! But look to what is happening now in Ndanda, I have been a student of Ndanda in the years 2007/2009 in a PCM class. Ndanda is now stinking of failures, i have experienced this, so far our results where the most outstanding since ndanda lost its glory. Please stakeholders don't abandon this beautiful school, improve the infrastructures so that Ndanda may get back its glory that was taken from it by some stakeholders
