The Great "MWALIMU DUNIA"

Tuesday, February 14, 2012

The swahili people say "shida ni kipimo cha akili", they also say "yatima hadeki". All these sayings reflect the bitterness of mwalimu dunia. I interpret mwalimu dunia as the real world where we live in. In everyday life if you want to succeed you should have the courage to face the challenges ahead of you, these challenges some people call them problems, shida and such bad names. When you face these challenges you will tackle them very easy if and only if you have experienced at least one lesson of mwalimu dunia. When you decide to register for a lesson in mwalimu dunia's class, mwalimu dunia welcomes you will loving embracing, the first step which he takes after welcoming you is to burn all the bridges behind you so that you do find the way to go back to where you came from, then he starts the lessons. No matter how tough his lessons and exams are, you will work hard until you pass since there is no way you can turn back because all the bridges to you home have gone down. One good thing with mwalimu dunia is that "if you are in his class you are assured to pass the exams". Mwalimu Dunia is now inviting University students of Tanzania, he calls us from a far by a small still voice saying " come you all and make A's in the real world because it is much easier to make A's in class than in the real world". EVERY SUCCESSFUL PERSON HAS PASSED IN THE HANDS OF MWALIMU DUNIA THUS WHY EVERY SUCCESSFUL PERSON HAD A PAINFUL BEGINNING.

Telemedice (medical care at a distance)

Telemedicine is a rapidly developing application of clinical medicine where medical information is transferred through the phone or the Internet and sometimes other networks for the purpose of consulting, and sometimes remote medical procedures or examinations.
Telemedicine may be as simple as two health professionals discussing a case over the telephone, or as complex as using satellite technology and video-conferencing equipment to conduct a real-time consultation between medical specialists in two different countries. Telemedicine generally refers to the use of communications and information technologies for the delivery of clinical care.
