The Great "MWALIMU DUNIA"
Tuesday, February 14, 2012
The swahili people say "shida ni kipimo cha akili", they also say "yatima hadeki". All these sayings reflect the bitterness of mwalimu dunia. I interpret mwalimu dunia as the real world where we live in. In everyday life if you want to succeed you should have the courage to face the challenges ahead of you, these challenges some people call them problems, shida and such bad names. When you face these challenges you will tackle them very easy if and only if you have experienced at least one lesson of mwalimu dunia. When you decide to register for a lesson in mwalimu dunia's class, mwalimu dunia welcomes you will loving embracing, the first step which he takes after welcoming you is to burn all the bridges behind you so that you do find the way to go back to where you came from, then he starts the lessons. No matter how tough his lessons and exams are, you will work hard until you pass since there is no way you can turn back because all the bridges to you home have gone down. One good thing with mwalimu dunia is that "if you are in his class you are assured to pass the exams". Mwalimu Dunia is now inviting University students of Tanzania, he calls us from a far by a small still voice saying " come you all and make A's in the real world because it is much easier to make A's in class than in the real world". EVERY SUCCESSFUL PERSON HAS PASSED IN THE HANDS OF MWALIMU DUNIA THUS WHY EVERY SUCCESSFUL PERSON HAD A PAINFUL BEGINNING.
Telemedice (medical care at a distance)
Telemedicine is a rapidly developing application of clinical medicine where medical information is transferred through the phone or the Internet and sometimes other networks for the purpose of consulting, and sometimes remote medical procedures or examinations.
Telemedicine may be as simple as two health professionals discussing a case over the telephone, or as complex as using satellite technology and video-conferencing equipment to conduct a real-time consultation between medical specialists in two different countries. Telemedicine generally refers to the use of communications and information technologies for the delivery of clinical care.

Must Haves of an Elevator Pitch
Wednesday, January 25, 2012
An Elevator Pitch is a very short summary used to quickly and simply define a product, service or organization. It normally takes 30 seconds to 2minutes. The elevator helps an entrepreneur to present his/her ideas to some busy CEOs within a short period of time of les than 3 minutes and the idea is understood.
Hook – statement or question that immediately piques interest of recipient
Passion – if you are not excited about your business, no one else will be either
Request – Ask recipient for permission to call, a referral to others, or feedback
Short – assume you have less than a minute, and sometimes only time for a few sentences
On preparing for stepping on an Elevator, you should be able to answer the following:-
What does your company do? (For example, begin your answer with "We provide.")
Whom does your company do it for? (For example, begin your answer with "For small and midsized healthcare providers.")
Why do they care? Or, What's in it for them? (For example, include in your answer "so that they can," "who can no longer afford," or "who are tired of.")
Why is your company different? (For example, begin your answer with "As opposed to" or "Unlike.")
What is your company? (For example, begin your answer with "My company is an insurance.")

" Be Happy. One feels sorrow in life because of only two reasons: 1) Either he did not get the expected results or 2) He made a better perception than the reality. Perceptions are the views that humans make in their minds as per their previous life experiences. So Two KEYS for happiness are: 1)'Dont expect' just try to give your best, it will be rewarded automatically and 2) Perceptions can change with life experiences."by Charu Singh -- India
" No lions are ever caught in mousetraps. To catch lions you must think in terms of lions, not in terms of mice. Your mind is always creating traps of one kind or another and what you catch, depends on the thinking you do. It is your thinking that attracts to you what you receive. So think the best and only positive thoughts and see what you start receiving."

" Having thoughts of 'I could do' or 'I should do' leads you down the path of DOING NOTHING! Stop rationalizing your thought process of I could or I should and choose to take the positive initiative to do! Lead others to do the same and remember there is no try! Do it and DO IT BIG!!!"Jimmy Hagewood
" Don't try to be better than someone else. Try to be better than who you were yesterday."by Johni Pangalila --- Australia
